Client and delivery scope
For Aéroports de Montréal, Underlabs designed and delivered a passenger-experience ecosystem across production iOS and Android applications, cloud services, a desktop CMS, flight integrations and analytics. Passenger flight details, journey type, readiness, location and remaining time informed the next relevant action.
Navigation and operational control
The applications connected step-by-step indoor guidance with departures, arrivals, gate changes, wait times and airport services. Authorized airport teams used macOS and Windows content-management tools to manage users, flights, geofences, promotions, direct alerts and reporting. Contextual messaging used zone entry, exit, dwell time, schedules, flight context and cooldown rules.
Location architecture and result
Distance-filtered GPS and overlapping virtual zones supported airport context without a production dependency on Bluetooth beacons. Dashboards brought together zone events, notification delivery, promotion activity, errors and exports. The delivered system centralized passenger guidance, contextual communication, content and airport reporting; no numerical uplift is claimed.
